Members of the Zero Waste Lifeline artistic design had collaborated on a range of projects for many years: Graphic Designer Gregg Mitchell, Landscape Architect James Hayter and Artist/Designer, Greg Healey. Writer Cathoel Jorss was a new member of the team. Fabrication and installation was by Greg Healey.

Greg Healey is a South Australian artist well renowned for his work in art and architecture, urban design, furniture, objects and lighting. Greg has a long association with Adelaide's hub for contemporary art and design, the Jam Factory, including a Ministerial Appointment to the Jam Factory Board. Greg has qualifications in Jewellery and Silversmithing from Sydney and NSW and has won numerous awards and grants from the Australia Council, Arts SA and peak industry bodies. Greg's work has been exhibited in galleries around Australia and Europe and he has had several publications and reviews published in Australia, the USA and the UK.

gregg mitchell

With more than 20 years' experience as a designer, Gregg has a passion for the visual and performing arts. His practical approach to art and design is testament to his extensive work as art director in several advertising and marketing agencies in Australia and in the UK, including a position as Senior Designer for the international company, The Marketing Store. For the past 15 years, Gregg has managed his own design company, Orbit. Gregg's awards include the prestigious ASPA (New York) Design Award for the 1998 Adelaide Festival and the Civic Trust Award for the Federation Trail Interpretive Signage.

james hayter

A registered landscape architect, James Hayter has 18 years' experience in architecture and urban design in Australia and abroad. James has run his own architecture and urban design consultancy for more than 10 years and also brings to his business extensive experience in community consultation, landscape architecture, urban planning, master planning, urban policy, conservation management planning and tree auditing. James has collected several prestigious industry awards from the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, the Design Institute of Australia and the Australian Planning Institute. James is also a member of numerous industry associations and fellowships including a position on the Adelaide City Council Development Assessment Panel.

cathoel jorss

Cathoel Jorss is a creative writer and visual artist whose poetry and stories have won numerous awards. Her 2000 collection Going for Eggs in the Middle of the Night sold 1200 copies and attracted positive reviews in the literary press. Cathoel is completing her Masters in Creative Writing at the University of Adelaide. As an entrepreneur Cathoel has developed Born Naked, Australia's first truly sustainable and ethical boutique.
